Pricing, Explained

The Entrance Fee.

The Entrance Fee is a one-time fee you pay when you first become a resident. Your Entrance Fee is determined by the size and style of the apartment you choose. Our two Entrance Fee options—Traditional and 50% Refundable—offer flexibility as you plan for your future.

The Monthly Fee.

The Monthly Fee is an ongoing fee associated with residency. The amount is also determined by the size and style of home you choose. At your current residence, you might pay different bills every month to take care of various needs and conveniences. Here, you pay one fee, once a month. In return, you get a lot for your money. Think we’re exaggerating? Here’s a summary of all the perks your monthly fee gives you access to:

  • All utilities (includes Wi-Fi/internet)
  • Maintenance-free living
  • 24-hour safety patrol
  • A dining plan
  • Regular housekeeping
  • Frequent social and recreational activities
  • Lifelong learning programs
  • Scheduled transportation to medical appointments, grocery stores, the pharmacy, shopping malls, and financial institutions
  • Access to our on-site aquatic and fitness center, a Fitness Trainer for personalized exercise programs, scheduled aquatic and fitness classes, and wellness programs
