And yes, the dining is delectable. “Bland” and “flavorless” aren’t in our chefs’ vocabulary—culinary creations that are flaky, tender, glazed, and seared are their area of expertise. You’ll experience all of the joy and none of the worry dining can bring with our ability to accommodate a variety of nutritional needs and dietary restrictions.
The Ponderosa Restaurant
The Ponderosa Restaurant is a local favorite at The Neighborhood. You’ll enjoy mouthwatering dishes like cod with soy and sesame ginger glaze or a cajun chicken sandwich, all made to order. It’s open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, providing the flexibility to fit mealtime into your busy schedule.
The Bistro
The Bistro offers comfort food like made-to-order omelets, fish and chips, or juicy green chile cheeseburgers and fries. You’ll also enjoy an a la carte side of stunning mountain views if you opt for outdoor seating. The Bistro is open Monday–Friday.
