We all know it’s important to take care of yourself and stay in shape. But sometimes, the idea of another walk on the treadmill can be tiring in itself.
That’s why it’s important to keep both your body and mind flexible. We offer at least two different fitness classes every weekday, making it easy to jump right into something you might not have even tried before (line dancing, anyone?). And don’t sweat it if you aren’t an expert after your first try. Our classes are beginner-friendly, and residents are very welcoming.
Our fully equipped gym is available for self-led workouts if you prefer to set your own pace, and the heated pool is a fan favorite among residents for water fitness classes and open swimming. Our hot tub and spa provide a serene space to relax—you can even book a massage in the spa with our skilled massage therapist.
